Information about personal data and cookies
We explain what information is needed to contact B4Future and operate this website. Updated: 20 October 2026.
Data controller and contact
The data controller is R&D B4Future Sp. z o.o., registered in Gdynia, Poland: ul. Lukrecjowa 32A/7, 81-589 Gdynia; company register (KRS) 0001074083, VAT ID PL9581739584, statistical ID (REGON) 527155594.
For personal data matters, email contact@b4future.eu.
Contact and purposes of processing
When you submit the form or send an email, we receive the first name, email address, subject and message you provide, along with your surname, company and phone number if you include them. We use these data to respond, clarify your needs and, where appropriate, prepare for cooperation.
Where your enquiry concerns steps to be taken at your request before entering into a contract, we process the data for that purpose under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and business contacts under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary. Your first name, email address, subject and message are required to use the form; without an email address, we cannot reply by email. Surname, company and phone number are optional. The form does not store submissions in the WordPress database, and we do not keep logs of outgoing email content. Correspondence remains in the mailbox.
We do not use the form for a newsletter or automated profiling. Do not send confidential information, customer data, passwords or production configurations.
Service providers and retention
We use lh.pl hosting and Google email services to operate the website and handle enquiries. Authorised people handling correspondence and service providers may access data to the extent needed for these tasks.
Data relating to an enquiry that does not lead to cooperation are retained for no more than 12 months after correspondence ends. Data relating to a contract are retained while it is being performed and for the period required by law or needed to establish, pursue or defend claims.
Processing by Google may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. The safeguards used depend on the service and the provider’s terms; information is available in its data transfer policies.
Website technical data
The hosting provider may record technical request data, including IP address, time, page address and browser information. These data support security, error handling and website maintenance. The basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not add analytics, advertising or external fonts to the website. The contact page uses the external form-protection service described below. External links open separate websites governed by their operators’ policies.
Form protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page to limit automated and unwanted submissions. Its script loads on the page containing the form. Cloudflare processes technical signals needed to assess the browser and request, including the IP address and browser and device information.
The message you enter and the other form fields are not sent to Turnstile. The service returns a verification token, which we check before handling the submission.
Information about the provider’s data processing, including data transfer arrangements, is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Customer Data Processing Addendum.
If verification fails, you can try again or email contact@b4future.eu directly.
Cookies and session storage
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile form protection is described separately. It uses an external script to verify the browser; we do not treat its operation as website analytics.
The short notice below the header has a dismiss button. Only when you use it do we store the preference to hide the notice in session storage. This preference applies within the same tab and is removed when that tab’s session ends.
Dismissing the notice does not constitute consent to tracking and does not activate additional services. You can control cookies and website storage in your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on the basis and circumstances of processing, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Send requests to contact@b4future.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office.
